Papers can only be sent online through the system.

The abstracts will be evaluated by at least 2 (two) referees by keeping the name/surname and institutions of the authors confidential. The results of the evaluation will be notified to the author via e-mail. It is the responsibility of the presenting author to announce the acceptance/rejection status of their submission to other authors.
